SOFTSWISS Launches Back Office AI Workflow

SOFTSWISS announced Back Office AI Workflow on 30 October 2026, adding conversational task execution to its Casino Platform. The capability lets operators prepare promotional activity through natural-language instructions.

One request, several campaign components

Supported tasks cover player segments, tournaments and lotteries, selected bonus settings, game lobbies, CMS preparation and retrieval of selected player information. The company describes preparing a tournament, its audience and a supporting page within one conversation.

For casino operations teams, the opportunity lies in keeping those components consistent. A campaign can look ready in one part of a platform while its dates, eligible players or displayed terms differ elsewhere. Reducing the number of separate configuration steps could help, provided the resulting settings remain easy to inspect together.

A conversational request also needs a precise interpretation. “Bring back inactive players” leaves the inactivity period, eligible markets and treatment of restricted accounts unresolved. An operator should be able to see how the request became a segment and correct that interpretation before using it. Fluent wording alone cannot establish that the intended audience was selected.

Human control at the point of launch

SOFTSWISS says the functionality operates within existing back-office permissions. Tournament activation and publication of new CMS pages require direct human involvement. The announcement provides no measured customer results.

That boundary makes the review screen consequential. A reviewer needs the actual configuration and player-facing content, with material changes visible, to judge what is about to go live. A short confirmation message would offer little help if the underlying rules had been misunderstood.

The distinction also appeared in our coverage of XpertOS ticket automations: moving work through a process and authorising its release are separate responsibilities. For SOFTSWISS customers assessing the new capability, the useful test is whether campaign preparation becomes easier to review as well as faster to complete. If staff must reconstruct every setting manually, much of the potential saving could disappear at the final approval stage.
