Hard Rock Punta Cana Adds QCI Email and AI Analytics

Hard Rock Punta Cana is expanding its relationship with Quick Custom Intelligence (QCI) to add QCI Connect Email and Chatalytics. QCI announced the agreement on 20 October 2026, naming player development, marketing and casino operations as the intended users.

The company describes Connect Email as supporting host outreach and marketing campaigns, while Chatalytics provides conversational AI for exploring data and refining dashboards. The announcement does not specify when implementation will be complete or report measured results from the expansion.

Connecting analysis with guest communication

For casino teams, the operational opportunity is a shorter gap between understanding a guest’s history and deciding whether to contact them. That gap involves more than finding a number. Hosts and marketing staff need a shared definition of guest value, a consistent date window and a clear record of which activity an answer includes. A conversational interface would be most useful when it makes those assumptions visible.

This also affects how colleagues share findings. An answer that helps one host prepare a conversation may be too narrowly scoped for a marketing team selecting a wider audience. Preserving the question and its filters would help prevent a useful observation about one set of records from becoming a general claim about the property’s guests.

A dashboard answer needs a clear basis

An operator evaluating conversational analytics should be able to trace an answer back to the underlying report. Repeating the same request with the same data should produce consistent totals, even if the explanation changes. Where records have been refreshed or a metric has been recalculated, that change should be apparent to the person using the result.

Our earlier coverage examined QCI’s revenue forecasting announcement. The Punta Cana release names Connect Email and Chatalytics; it does not identify forecasting as part of this expansion. Keeping that scope clear helps operators assess the actual agreement and the evidence still needed to judge its value in daily use.
