Super Technologies Deploys Mindway AI’s GameScanner Across Six Markets

Mindway AI announced its partnership with Super Technologies on 8 September 2026 following a phased rollout of GameScanner. The announcement covers Brazil, Belgium, Romania, Poland, Greece and Serbia, bringing AI-assisted player-risk monitoring into the group’s operations across those markets.

The date marks the public announcement after the market-by-market implementation. The release does not give a separate activation date for each country or publish measured outcomes from the deployment.

How GameScanner supports player-risk reviews

Mindway describes GameScanner as software combining AI, neuroscience and human expert assessments to identify behavioural indicators of potential gambling harm. Its product documentation describes a dashboard that groups players by risk profile and provides reasons for risk flags, helping operator teams investigate and decide how to follow up.

What matters in a deployment across markets

For another operator considering a similar approach, the useful question is how a risk signal becomes a timely, appropriate player interaction. A review could examine which team receives an alert, what information staff see, and how they record the response.

Comparing those steps across markets would help distinguish a common technology setup from the local procedures used to act on it. Useful measures to request include review times, the proportion of alerts requiring follow-up and changes after an intervention. Those are evaluation questions for operators, not results reported for Super’s deployment.
